By booking a class with LuckyKat Yoga, students agree to general terms and conditions outlined below. Students will be encouraged to feel confident and supported in their own practice. Please note, all classes are bookable in advance. 

 

Health and safety is paramount in class. Classes aim to be beginner-friendly, but there is an assumption that students can get up from and down to the floor safely.

 

Students accept full responsibility for injury or harm sustained during in-person or online classes.

Block/term class bookings are non-refundable. Individual class bookings cannot be refunded, but transferred to other classes, if given 24 hours' notice. Online classes are recorded, a recording will be sent out to attendees once the session has finished.

I am not medically trained, if you suffer with health conditions that may be impacted by practicing yoga, please seek the advice of a qualified health professional before taking part in classes. You will be sent a Health Declaration to complete when you book your class. Please update me if there are changes to your health that may impact you in yoga classes.

Yoga can be challenging, but it's not supposed to hurt. Listen to your body during practice, and go at your own pace.

Please let me know if you are pregnant, experiencing high/low blood pressure, or have a detached retina before beginning a practice. 

​

Do not attend a class if you are feeling unwell or experiencing an injury.
